Typical sampling takes approximately 7–15 days, depending on style, materials and customization. Confirm the start date and sampling scope for your project. Revisions and approval time can extend the overall development schedule.
How long does bulk production take?
Typical bulk production takes approximately 30–45 days after sample and production-detail approval. Quantity, material readiness and construction complexity affect the schedule. Shipping time is planned separately.
Can you source fabrics and trims from my specifications?
Yes. Share the composition, weight, stretch, hand feel, color and trim requirements. We can discuss sourcing options and proposed alternatives. Final materials should be approved before production.
How are sample fees and revisions handled?
Sample pricing and revision needs are discussed after reviewing the design, materials and construction. Confirm the quoted sampling scope and any additional development or revision charges before proceeding.
How do you control sample-to-bulk consistency?
The approved sample and confirmed specifications provide the production reference. Checks cover materials, key measurements, workmanship, branding and packaging. Measurement tolerances are agreed for the relevant product and inspection points.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Share the previous style or order reference and your new quantities. Specifications, material availability, colors and requested changes should be reviewed for the repeat order, along with pricing and timing.
How should we handle confidential designs or an NDA?

What is the difference between OEM, ODM and private label?
