Our R&D focuses on four areas: stretch performance, moisture management, durability/anti-pilling, and sustainable material innovation. Proprietary blends developed for specific performance requirements In-house testing: tensile, tear, pilling, colorfastness, stretch recovery rPET blends, biodegradable elastane, low-impact dyeing R&D Direct relationships with premium mills in Taiwan, Korea, and China Our R&D team brings 15+ years of combined textile engineering experience. We hold 3 fabric invention patents and have developed exclusive blends for major activewear brands. Recent innovations include a 78% rPET + 22% biodegradable elastane blend that passed OEKO-TEX certification while maintaining 4-way compression performance.
