Client Background
The client is a U.S.-based emerging activewear brand. Their tech pack currently includes only a few Pantone color codes. The brand has not yet discussed fabrics, logos, or any other production details, and no formal quotations have been made. The client had not responded through open-market channels previously; on the 9th, they sent their first message expressing their intention to visit a factory in China and shared the address.
Project Kickoff
The client plans to visit Guangzhou from November 11–15 for an on-site factory inspection. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the factory’s capabilities and production capacity, confirming the supply chain and technical processes as a foundation for future product development.
