Client Background
Our visiting client is an emerging independent activewear brand from Australia, currently in the development stage and focused on online sales. As a new brand, they aim to create a high-quality, minimalistic, and performance-driven men’s activewear line, including short-sleeve tops and shorts. Although still in early development, the client has clear expectations for fabric quality, functionality, and product direction, and hopes to build a reliable supply chain through collaboration with Bloomto.
Project Kickoff
During the initial communication, the client expressed strong interest in recreating Nike-like fabrics for men’s short-sleeve tops and shorts. To support their needs, we prepared multiple high-performance fabric options and curated several matching color cards to help them quickly narrow down product directions.
Because the client had not yet finalized their logo application method, we showcased a full range of branding techniques during the factory visit, including screen printing, heat transfer, silicone labels, 3D rubber patches, and embroidery—allowing them to directly compare visual effects and durability.
Key Requirements
- High-performance fabric recreation: The client sought fabrics matching the feel, stretch, durability, and moisture-wicking performance of Nike products.
- Color card options: Multiple professional color cards were required to support efficient product color decision-making.
- Branding technique selection: The client needed hands-on demonstrations to determine the best logo application for their brand identity.
- Supply chain transparency: The factory visit aimed to help the client evaluate Bloomto’s production capability and quality assurance processes.
Our Solutions
- Professional fabric matching: We selected multiple performance fabrics similar to Nike’s feel and functionality—lightweight, quick-drying, stretchy, durable, and breathable—for the client to evaluate on-site.
- Branding technique demonstrations: We presented physical samples of screen printing, heat transfer, silicone logos, embroidery, and 3D patches, explaining cost, fabric compatibility, and branding impact.
- Full supply chain demonstration: We showcased Bloomto’s complete production workflow—from fabric inspection and pattern making to sampling, cutting, sewing, quality control, and packaging—helping the client gain full confidence in our capabilities.
Project Progress
The client was highly satisfied with the visit, especially our fabric selection, technical depth, and transparent supply chain. They are now finalizing styles and samples, and will proceed with bulk order preparation. The brand is expected to launch officially online once product development is completed.
Conclusion
Through the factory visit and in-depth discussions, the client gained confidence in Bloomto’s fabric expertise, craftsmanship, and production capacity. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and helping this Australian brand build a competitive product line that excels in both performance and aesthetics, supporting their success in the global activewear market.
